Family Therapy:
focuses on areas of need shared with the therapist.
may include therapy sessions with numerous family members, of all ages.
may involve 2 or 3 specific family members that are interested in accessing support.
is for parents or caregivers seeking support that focuses on the therapeutic needs of a dependent/child ages 0-15.
Initial consultations are always available at no cost.
Couples Therapy:
focuses on communication while providing a safe space to have the difficult conversations with support.
helps to identify strengths and needs.
provides opportunities to develop deeper connection, and bridge differences.
Initial consultations are always available at no cost.
Teen Therapy:
for teenagers, 16 to 18 years of age.
private and confidential for the teen (limitations relating to safety, and when caregiver is paying for services an agreement is needed for openness about appointment scheduling and payment coordination).

Individual Therapy:
for adults, ages 19 and older.
Initial consultations are always available at no cost.
